As a Pharmaceutical Technician, you will play a vital role in the production of life-enhancing drug products while ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You’ll operate in a highly automated, state-of-the-art environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to help us meet global demand and deliver results that matter.

πŸ§ͺ Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute pharmaceutical processing operations in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
  • Coordinate shift teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant production cycles
  • Maintain accurate cGMP documentation for all processing activities
  • Participate in equipment validation, commissioning protocols, and quality audits
  • Champion EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) protocols and best practices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Mentor and train new team members to build high-performing operations

πŸ“š Required Qualifications & Experience:

βœ… 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
βœ… OR minimum 2 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment
βœ… Proven ability to operate in a highly automated production setting
βœ… Comfortable handling hazardous chemicals (training provided)
βœ… Strong IT proficiency and digital literacy
βœ… Commitment to teamwork, precision, and compliance
