🔬 About the Role – Your Impact
As a Pharmaceutical Technician, you will play a vital role in the production of life-enhancing drug products while ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You’ll operate in a highly automated, state-of-the-art environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to help us meet global demand and deliver results that matter.
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute pharmaceutical processing operations in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Coordinate shift teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant production cycles
- Maintain accurate cGMP documentation for all processing activities
- Participate in equipment validation, commissioning protocols, and quality audits
- Champion EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) protocols and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and efficiency
- Mentor and train new team members to build high-performing operations
📚 Required Qualifications & Experience:
✅ 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
✅ OR minimum 2 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment
✅ Proven ability to operate in a highly automated production setting
✅ Comfortable handling hazardous chemicals (training provided)
✅ Strong IT proficiency and digital literacy
✅ Commitment to teamwork, precision, and compliance
