Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: BSc / MSc / BTech
- Specializations: Bioscience, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields
- Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year of experience
- Preferred Skills: Exposure to Bioinformatics and Wet Lab techniques
- Personal Attributes: Motivated, curious, and eager to learn and explore new technological innovations
Nature of Work
As a Technical Assistant at Digianalix, your responsibilities will include:
- Research & Development: Taking active participation in and assisting with ongoing research projects and product development initiatives of the scientific team.
- Office Management: Managing day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Scientific Counseling: Contributing as a Scientific Counselor, guiding and supporting clients or stakeholders with scientific expertise.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Starting from a minimum of 12,000 INR/month up to a maximum of ₹25,000 INR/month (based on experience)
- Additional Incentives: Monthly incentives on top of the basic salary
- Probation Period: 3 months, after which the position will be extended based on performance
