🧫 Key Responsibilities

As part of our Quality Control (QC) team, you will:

• Perform routine QC, in-process testing, and special assays including troubleshooting for molecular diagnostic products.
  
• Work with PCR, qPCR, endpoint PCR, and isothermal amplification platforms.
  
• Prepare detailed QC reports and analyze test results in alignment with SOPs and ISO 13485 standards.
  
• Participate in validation studies, stability programs, and technical transfers for new or revised molecular procedures.
  
• Support lab logistics, including reagent preparation, equipment calibration, sample archiving, and stock management.
  
• Maintain lab safety practices and contribute to continuous improvement in lab protocols and documentation.
  

🎯 Your Profile

Required Education & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of laboratory experience in molecular diagnostics or QC.
  

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in qPCR, endpoint PCR, and isothermal amplification techniques.
  
• Knowledge of analytical methods used in molecular product testing.
  
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and controlled laboratory environments.
  
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
  
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
