💼 About the Role: Customer Laboratory Specialist
As our Customer Laboratory Specialist, you will be a vital link between analytical services, product quality, and customer success. You will report directly to the Laboratory Manager and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate analysis and support.
🧩 Your Key Responsibilities
- Conducting sample investigations based on both internal and customer requests
- Evaluating and reporting test results clearly and precisely
- Maintaining laboratory documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Advising customers on technical and analytical issues
- Managing chemical waste and maintaining lab hygiene according to national regulations
- Performing instrument maintenance following SOP guidelines
- Upholding strict safety standards and ensuring a zero-accident environment
- Supporting new hires, trainees, interns, and student assistants
- Handling local reporting in systems like SAP, TCSP, and HSE

🎓 Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated and methodical individual with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
- Several years of experience in analytical chemistry preferred
- Deep practical and theoretical knowledge in instrumental analytics
- Fluency in English for internal and external communication
- Proven teamwork and communication skills
- Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
