As a Scientist I, you’ll conduct quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in formulations or biological matrices. You’ll be working with validated and experimental analytical procedures, contributing directly to the safety, efficacy, and availability of new treatments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Execute sample preparation and complex analysis on pharmaceutical compounds
- Apply GMP/GLP standards in daily documentation and instrument use
- Perform method optimization and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols
- Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and procedural issues
- Collaborate with a team of scientists to solve real-world health challenges
- Contribute to data integrity and product specifications by reviewing compiled results
- Participate in training and knowledge sharing within the lab

✅ Qualifications & Experience
- Assistant Scientist: B.Sc. or B.A. in Chemistry or a related field (no prior experience required)
- Associate Scientist: 1+ year of experience in an analytical testing laboratory or a PhD in a relevant field
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory procedures
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
