🧬 Your Mission: Safeguarding Sweet Quality
As part of our Quality Assurance and Food Safety division, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our chocolate and raw materials meet the highest microbiological and health standards.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Monitor hygiene conditions—both environmental and personal—across the production line.
- Analyze, evaluate, and record inspection results using SAP/KPA systems.
- Manage sterile lab equipment and ensure the safe disposal of infectious materials.
- Develop, revise, and execute microbiological analysis plans under ISO 9001:2000 and FDA standards.
- Contribute to HACCP procedures and support continual improvement efforts.
- Assist in sampling strategy and reserve sample archiving.
🧠 Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a detail-driven, organized, and proactive individual with a strong foundation in microbiology and food safety.
✅ Your Profile:
- Degree from a secondary vocational school in microbiology or food science
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience (internships or academic labs count!)
- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods
- Ability to perform sensory evaluations of food
- Familiar with lab protocols, sterile techniques, and lab supply chain
- Basic English language skills
- Previous experience leading a team is a plus
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends (max 1–2/month)
