🧪 Job Position: Lab Technician – Pathology
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- Education: B.Sc. in MLT (Medical Lab Technology)
🔬 Key Responsibilities
As a Lab Technician – Pathology, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability of diagnostic services. Your duties will include:
- Collecting blood samples for both OPD and IPD patients
- Following SOPs for testing and sample handling
- Reporting critical (STAT) results to O.T., I.C.U., or Wards in a timely manner
- Communicating breakdowns to biomedical engineers immediately
- Outsourcing samples to partner labs in emergency situations
- Rejecting subpar material samples not fit for testing
- Ensuring compliance with testing quality standards
- Submitting routine MIS (Management Information System) reports
- Providing excellent service and resolving quality-related issues proactively

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in lab technologies, diagnostic equipment, and SOPs
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pathology lab setting
- People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
