As an R&D Testing & Laboratory Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in testing and ensuring the performance of Low Voltage switchgear products. Bring your expertise to the table and help us develop innovative solutions that make a difference!
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities:
- ๐ฌ Test Execution & Documentation:
Set up and conduct tests for Low Voltage switchgear products (circuit breakers, contactors) following industry standards. Document test results accurately. - ๐ค Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with Global R&D teams and manufacturing plants to prepare samples and execute tests. - ๐ ๏ธ Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate and resolve failures during testing with corrective actions. - ๐ Test Reporting:
Assist in generating comprehensive test reports according to IEC and UL standards. - โ๏ธ Lab Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure the lab equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated. - ๐ฅ๏ธ Design & Development:
Design and develop testing jigs and fixtures to improve efficiency. - โ ๏ธ Safety First:
Follow HSSE norms (PPE, LOTO), raise alarms for risks, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. - ๐ Collaboration & Integrity:

๐ Qualifications:
- ๐ Education:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - ๐ผ Experience:
5+ years in the design and testing of Low Voltage switchgear products (circuit breakers, contactors). - ๐ Standards Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IEC and UL standards. - ๐ Testing Expertise:
Proficient in conducting electrical tests and troubleshooting electrical devices. - ๐ฌ Lab Skills:
Familiar with NABL-accredited labs and executing tests independently. - โก Safety Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of electrical safety requirements. - ๐ฃ๏ธ Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
