As an R&D Testing & Laboratory Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in testing and ensuring the performance of Low Voltage switchgear products. Bring your expertise to the table and help us develop innovative solutions that make a difference!
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- 🔬 Test Execution & Documentation:
Set up and conduct tests for Low Voltage switchgear products (circuit breakers, contactors) following industry standards. Document test results accurately. - 🤝 Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with Global R&D teams and manufacturing plants to prepare samples and execute tests. - 🛠️ Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate and resolve failures during testing with corrective actions. - 📄 Test Reporting:
Assist in generating comprehensive test reports according to IEC and UL standards. - ⚙️ Lab Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure the lab equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated. - 🖥️ Design & Development:
Design and develop testing jigs and fixtures to improve efficiency. - ⚠️ Safety First:
Follow HSSE norms (PPE, LOTO), raise alarms for risks, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. - 🔑 Collaboration & Integrity:

📝 Qualifications:
- 🎓 Education:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - 💼 Experience:
5+ years in the design and testing of Low Voltage switchgear products (circuit breakers, contactors). - 📊 Standards Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IEC and UL standards. - 🔌 Testing Expertise:
Proficient in conducting electrical tests and troubleshooting electrical devices. - 🔬 Lab Skills:
Familiar with NABL-accredited labs and executing tests independently. - ⚡ Safety Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of electrical safety requirements. - 🗣️ Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
