🎯 Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a Technician Support Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the technical support for a wide range of engineering activities. This role involves managing and guiding technicians who work on design, testing, modification, and fabrication tasks that bring new innovations to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the design, test, check-out, and modification of prototype electro-mechanical systems.
- Oversee the fabrication and assembly of experimental circuitry and specialized test equipment.
- Administer comprehensive training programs to upskill technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate daily activities for efficient function operations.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure top-tier technical performance.
- Ensure compliance with international labor standards, including the prohibition of child labor.
