Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Support clinical trial management and site activities
- 📝 Develop and distribute project communications
- 🏥 Assist with site budgets, contracts, and payments
- 🚀 Support study start-up and site activation processes
- 📁 Manage essential documents and Trial Master File
- 📦 Coordinate study supplies and logistics
- 🤝 Assist with vendor management
- ✅ Ensure compliance with GCP guidelines and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences or related field
- 💼 Clinical research experience (study coordinator experience preferred)
- 🌐 Fluent in English and local business language
- 📊 Proficiency in MS Office suite
- 📘 Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
