Key Responsibilities:
- 🐁 Immunize mice and rabbits
- 🧬 Generate antibodies using hybridoma technology
- 🔍 Screen clones and antibodies (flow cytometry, ELISA, western blotting, Octet)
- 🧪 Conduct small-scale upstream batches for titer determination
- 📊 Design experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings
- 📝 Maintain meticulous documentation and inventory
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 M.Sc in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- 🐀 Experience handling rodents and rabbits (must-have)
- 🧫 Expertise in hybridoma technology for antibody generation
- 🧬 Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and flow cytometry
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
