Key Responsibilities:
- 🧪 Perform routine sample analysis and method validation experiments in diagnostic flow cytometry
- 🔬 Develop new flow cytometry methods under Lab Management guidance
- 📊 Record observations for method improvement and validations
- ⏱️ Meet responsibilities according to tight timelines
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences/MLT or M. Tech in Biological Sciences
- 💼 Experience in routine laboratory procedures associated with diagnostic flow cytometry (preferred)
- 🧠 Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
