💼 Position: Solution Principal – Life Sciences [India]
🚀 About the Role: As a Solution Principal, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating digital business growth in the life sciences industry for HCLTech. You’ll anchor and orchestrate client-focused solutions, driving opportunity conversions and creations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- 🤝 Participate in and own medium to large deals from a solution standpoint
- 🎭 Represent and defend solutions in front of clients and advisors; run workshops
- 🏗️ Act as the vertical solution architect, combining domain expertise with digital technologies
- 🤝 Collaborate with HCLTech’s technology CoEs, practices, and presales teams
- 🧰 Stay updated on HCLTech’s tools and accelerators for stronger proposals
- 💰 Contribute to sizing, pricing, and commercial models
- 🏃♂️ Guide pursuit teams with efficient pursuit management
- 📈 Contribute to overall strategy and execution of growth plans in life sciences
🎓 Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in science, engineering, or technology
- Enterprise architecture experience / understanding
- Presales experience in digital / vertical solution architecture and/or consulting
- Life sciences domain or industry experience
- Experience working with and managing global teams
- Superior articulation and presentation skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience (no maximum)
