Now, we’re looking for a detail-driven Product Test Specialist to join our R&D and Quality Assurance team and ensure that every Fissler product lives up to the highest international standards.
🔍 Your Role: Ensuring Excellence Through Precision
In this hands-on and analytical role, you’ll be at the heart of our product validation process—testing, analyzing, and documenting cookware components and complete systems to guarantee the premium performance Fissler is known for.
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and performance tests on cookware components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
- Follow structured test protocols and quality plans with strict attention to detail
- Monitor testing processes, evaluate data trends, and flag anomalies proactively
- Work safely and accurately with chemical agents, measurement tools, and test rigs
- Utilize MS Excel and Office Suite to create reports, analyze datasets, and present test findings
- Collaborate with engineers and planners to refine product quality and test criteria
- Ensure clean, organized lab conditions and maintain high standards of laboratory hygiene and safety
🧠 Your Profile:
- Structured, focused work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Excellent observational and analytical thinking skills
- Independent time management with the ability to follow standardized testing protocols
- Familiarity with safe handling of chemical substances and testing environments
- Organized and process-oriented approach to maintaining laboratory standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data interpretation and reporting
- Experience in product testing, lab environments, or quality assurance is an advantage
