Position Title: Junior Research Associate (Custodian) – Bioanalytical Research

Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. in Life Sciences
This role is ideal for enthusiastic science graduates who wish to gain hands-on experience in bioanalytical research and lab operations. You’ll be working in a dynamic team contributing to world-class clinical research solutions.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain deep freezers, refrigerators, Eurotherm, thermo hygrometers, and thermometers.
- Handle biological sample receipts and shipments across facilities with precision and compliance.
- Manage study samples, validation samples, and biological matrix lots as per SOPs.
- Procure, label, store, and document biological matrices in a traceable and compliant manner.
- Maintain chromatographic columns, reference standards, and working standards.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments such as centrifuges, evaporators, pH meters, balances, and pipettes.
- Archive relevant data in accordance with SOPs, coordinating with QC Associates to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm/B.Sc.).
- Up to 6 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical laboratories or clinical research settings.
- Familiarity with laboratory best practices, equipment handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
