π― Your Role: Bioinformatician (Omics & Data Pipelines)
Join our Bioinformatics team within R&D and work closely with molecular biologists and cross-functional experts. Your mission: to analyze cutting-edge omics data and build efficient, scalable pipelines that optimize our proprietary enzyme production platforms β spanning Aspergillus, Bacillus, and Trichoderma species.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Design & analyze genomics, transcriptomics, and other ‘omics experiments’
- Support regulatory submissions with whole genome sequence (WGS) analyses
- Develop and implement workflows/pipelines to automate data analysis
- Provide computational biology expertise across product development projects
- Collaborate with R&D scientists and key stakeholders
β About You
- Masterβs in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Data Science, Molecular Biology β or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in genomics/transcriptomics data analysis in Linux environments
- Proficient in R or Python scripting
- A reliable, communicative team player with innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English (written & spoken)

- Know enzyme tech, fungal/bacterial genomics, or proteomics
- Have experience with Nextflow, git, or cloud (Azure) platforms
- Speak German π©πͺ
