We are hiring multiple Cell Therapy Specialists to join a pioneering biotech company in Hoofddorp, dedicated to transforming cancer treatment through cutting-edge cell therapy. You will play a hands-on role in the GMP manufacturing of clinical products, working alongside passionate professionals to advance one of the most revolutionary breakthroughs in oncology.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture and manufacturing processes under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations.
  
• Execute clinical product batches following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Collaborate with Process Development and Quality teams to ensure successful GMP runs.
  
• Support the development and revision of SOPs, batch records, deviation reports, and change controls.
  
• Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues effectively.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
  

💡 What You’ll Bring

• Education: MLO, HLO, or B.Sc. in Applied Sciences or related fields.
  
• Experience:
  
  • 1–2 years in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP manufacturing setting (internships count!).
    
  • Familiarity with cell culture and cell therapy is a major plus.
    
  • Aseptic processing experience is an advantage.
    
• Skills:
  
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    
  • Hands-on mentality, adaptable to shifting priorities.
    
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    
• Availability:
  
  • Willing to work shifts (including weekends, 7 AM–midnight).
    
  • Local candidates with access to a car are preferred.
