The successful candidate will be involved in various research activities, including comparative genomics of extremophiles, genomics of resurrection species, and computational analysis of abiotic stress-derived transcriptome and metabolome datasets. The role also includes providing comprehensive support to experimental departments at CPSBB, particularly in analyzing &#8220;omics&#8221; data sets from cutting-edge technologies such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and whole-genome sequencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct cutting-edge plant science research.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise PhD students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write project proposals and assist with grant management and other administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PhD in Bioinformatics, (computational) Systems Biology, or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience with medium and high-impact factor publications as a first author.
