Ampersand Biomedicines is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Research Associate<\/strong> to join our collaborative Cell Culture team<\/strong> in Plze\u0148, Czech Republic<\/strong>. This is a full-time, on-site, laboratory-based position<\/strong> reporting to an experienced Scientist within the Microfluidic Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Express, produce, and analyze target proteins<\/strong> in mammalian systems
\u2714\ufe0f Apply molecular cloning techniques<\/strong> for gene insertion, modification, and expression studies
\u2714\ufe0f Use protein labeling and advanced microscopy<\/strong> (phase-contrast, fluorescence) for imaging and analysis

\u2705 Education:<\/strong> BSc or MSc in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; a qualification as a biological\/medical assistant is also valued
\u2705 Experience:<\/strong> Practical, hands-on knowledge of mammalian cell culture<\/strong> is highly desired
\u2705 Nice to have:<\/strong> Familiarity with flow cytometry, molecular biology, protein purification and characterization (affinity, SDS-PAGE)<\/strong>, and bacterial cultures
