You\u2019ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operating and maintaining key plant utilities including the <strong>ICE plant, Cooling Tower, and Scrubber systems<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring product quality and yield meet defined specifications<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting <strong>routine safety inspections<\/strong> and equipment checks<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing EHS and Responsible Care Management System (<strong>RCMS<\/strong>) protocols<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting continuous process improvement and project activities<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd0d Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2705 Safety &amp; EHS Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to <strong>EHS rules<\/strong>, PPE standards, and work permits for general, hot work, confined spaces, and work-at-height operations<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of <strong>fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and PPE<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain safe storage and correct <strong>hazard labeling<\/strong> of all chemicals (MSDS, SWP compliance)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in <strong>accident\/incident reporting and investigation<\/strong>, contributing to root cause analysis<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in <strong>departmental safety meetings, HIRA assessments<\/strong>, and safety training programs<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddea Production Excellence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate processes under strict guidelines and <strong>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver products as per quality specs, maintain documentation, and monitor batch cycle times<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure capacity utilization of <strong>personnel and equipment<\/strong> for optimal production output<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support compliance with <strong>RC codes<\/strong> for process safety, environmental protection, and organizational excellence<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and <strong>5S standards<\/strong> throughout the shift<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udccb Accountability &amp; Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly <strong>production targets<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain coordination with <strong>quality control<\/strong> and support process development initiatives<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handover duties effectively between shifts, especially on critical process areas<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a <strong>First Aider or Fire Fighter<\/strong>, ensuring immediate response in emergencies<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support audits and <strong>management system implementations<\/strong> (ISO, Halal, NSF, etc.)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udfc6 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical diploma or ITI in relevant discipline (chemical\/mechanical\/process engineering)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in <strong>chemical plant operations<\/strong>, preferably with exposure to RCMS\/EHS standards<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures accurately<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with good communication skills and discipline under pressure<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency response responsibilities<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udf31 Be Part of the Responsible Care Movement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Solenis is committed to <strong>Responsible Care\u00ae<\/strong>, a global initiative promoting sustainable and safe chemical manufacturing.
