This is a critical role that combines <strong>aseptic microbiology<\/strong>, <strong>bioreactor operation<\/strong>, and <strong>purification processing<\/strong> in a <strong>BSL-2 lab environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd2c Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddeb Upstream Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Culture host bacterial strains with strict aseptic technique<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute phage propagation using shake flasks and <strong>benchtop bioreactors<\/strong> (1L\u201310L scale)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to validated <strong>SOPs<\/strong> to ensure batch consistency and reproducibility<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddea Downstream Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform <strong>centrifugation<\/strong>, <strong>depth filtration<\/strong>, <strong>sterile filtration<\/strong>, and potentially <strong>Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain phage and bacterial stock solutions (cell banking)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2699\ufe0f Equipment Handling &amp; Laboratory Environment<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate and maintain key lab equipment: <strong>incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>BSL-2 biosafety<\/strong> and aseptic conditions<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcdd Documentation &amp; GMP Compliance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain accurate batch records, equipment logbooks, and inventory databases<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow <strong>GMP-like documentation standards<\/strong> for traceability and process control<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\udd1d Team Collaboration &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Minimum <em>Bac+3<\/em> or <strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, or a closely related life science discipline<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 2\u20133 years in a laboratory or biotech production setting\u2014experience in <strong>pharmaceutical<\/strong>, <strong>biopharma<\/strong>, or <strong>GMP<\/strong> environments is highly preferred<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2714\ufe0f Essential Skills &amp;
