Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Perform microbiological testing<\/strong> on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished chocolate products.
\u2705 Conduct hygiene controls for both operations and personnel, ensuring health safety and compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards<\/strong> and Slovak legislative requirements.
\u2705 Collect raw material and environmental samples for microbiological analysis, maintaining accurate records using the SAP\/KPA system<\/strong>.
\u2705 Monitor and evaluate lab test results using advanced laboratory and computer technology.
\u2705 Handle sterile lab preparation, infectious material disposal, and supply management.
\u2705 Develop and update microbiological testing plans in line with HACCP and quality assurance protocols<\/strong>.
