\ud83c\udfe5 Job Overview: Support Health, Safety & Environment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Support HSE Professional<\/strong>, you will play a critical role in ensuring employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance at our facility. This role reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer \/ Manager, Integrated Health Services<\/strong> and spans responsibilities from medical examination coordination to emergency response and pharmacy management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd11 Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Periodic Medical Examinations (PME)<\/strong>
<\/strong> Organize and conduct PME as per company and regulatory guidelines, maintain accurate health records, and ensure timely follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Acrophobia Testing<\/strong>
<\/strong> Administer height tolerance tests for relevant employees and collaborate with the safety team for appropriate interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Biomedical Waste Management<\/strong>
<\/strong> Ensure safe and compliant disposal of biomedical waste following environmental and local health regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Pharmacy & Lab Inventory Management<\/strong>
<\/strong> Maintain adequate stock levels, monitor inventory, and coordinate with procurement for seamless operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Emergency Response Assistance<\/strong>
<\/strong> Support emergency medical cases, provide first aid, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure rapid response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Claims & Billing Support<\/strong>
<\/strong> Process medical claims for unionized employees and maintain billing records for audits and tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Coordination with Visiting Specialists<\/strong>
<\/strong> Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient communication and smooth consultation flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Health Status Communication<\/strong>
<\/strong> Update employees and management about medical results with strict confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
