You&#8217;ll provide essential technical support to customers while working with internal teams to advance cellular research capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong> \ud83d\udd0d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83e\uddea <strong>Technical Expertise<\/strong> &#8211; Provide specialized knowledge on cell culture technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcbc <strong>Sales Support<\/strong> &#8211; Assist the sales team with technical aspects of product offerings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udfeb <strong>Customer Support &amp; Training<\/strong> &#8211; Deliver hands-on training and troubleshooting assistance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcdd <strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting<\/strong> &#8211; Maintain detailed records of technical interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcda <strong>Industry Knowledge<\/strong> &#8211; Stay current with advancements in cell culture technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong> \ud83c\udf93<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field (PhD preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4+ years of hands-on experience with cell culture techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with mammalian cell culture, stem cells, CHO cells, and\/or primary cells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in technical support or as an application scientist is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with laboratory equipment including biosafety cabinets, CO\u2082 incubators, and centrifuges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong> \u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong understanding of cell culture principles and applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication of technical information to diverse audiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with laboratory software and data analysis tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong> \ud83d\udccb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work independently in academic institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Illume Gene:<\/strong> \ud83e\uddec Illume Gene is a leading provider of innovative biotechnology and life sciences solutions.
