Key Responsibilities:
- Implement robust quality management systems, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and GMP practices
- Establish effective risk identification and management processes to ensure product safety
- Oversee laboratory management and equip it with the latest precision instruments
- Conduct sequential plant tests to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Champion site-wide training programs to build employee awareness and competence in quality systems
- Liaise with government authorities like FDA to ensure 100% compliance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Chemical Engineering, M.Sc. Microbiology, M.Sc. Chemistry, or M.Pharm degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharma or FMCG industry
- Proficiency in the regional language (Tamil) is desirable
- Female candidates are preferred
