About the Role: 🎯 Transform your quality control expertise into impact at PepsiCo! As a SC QC Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring product excellence and food safety standards across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities: 📋
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks on raw and packaging materials
- Monitor and maintain FLI quality standards
- Drive food safety policy implementation
- Conduct regular audits for storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation
- Lead ASHA compliance initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors for quality improvements
- Provide technical training to RMPM stores and lab staff
- Ensure calibration of lab equipment
- Drive GMP and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For: 🎓
- Education: B.Sc./B.Tech. in Food Technology
- Experience: 2-3 years in Food Manufacturing Industry
- Expertise: RM/PM testing, Food Safety Systems, QA Systems, GMP policy
