About the Protein Biology Team: Our team focuses on large-scale functional validation of antibodies, emphasizing reagent quality and specificity. We utilize cutting-edge techniques including Western blotting, high-resolution immunofluorescence imaging, immunohistochemistry, ChIP, and gene-silencing to advance our antibody portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🔬 Contribute to antibody validation and development workflows
- 🧪 Design and execute meticulous experiments to meet program goals
- 📊 Analyze and present data in written and oral formats
- 📚 Stay updated on developments in antibody validation through literature mining
- 👥 Actively participate in team meetings and collaborations
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Master’s degree with 2-3 years of experience OR Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry
- 💼 Experience in cell and molecular biology techniques
- 🧫 Proven expertise in immunoassays (Western blotting, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Flow cytometry, or ELISA)
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills for data presentation and technical troubleshooting
Desired Skills:
- 🧬 Experience in antibody development platforms
- 🔬 Familiarity with protein-protein interaction assays (e.g., co-immunoprecipitation)
- 💡 Innovative approach to experimental design and problem-solving
