Key Responsibilities:
- 🔬 Lead and contribute to technology transfer, validation projects
- 🤝 Collaborate across functional teams and with customers
- 📊 Analyze data, create reports, and present findings
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- 📈 Support product development and improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 M.Tech/M.Sc in Biotechnology or Biochemistry with 5-8 years of experience in R&D
- 💡 5-8+ years of experience with Antibody conjugations, Protein purification, Ion Exchange, etc.
- 🖐️ Hands-on experience with handling, maintaining, and trouble-shooting AKTA, HPLC, and purification equipments
- 📚 Expertise in Process validations, Technology transfer, Risk assessments
- 🧪 Basic understanding of Flow cytometry and Immunology
Desirable Skills:
- 🔍 Experience with Flow cytometry with single or multicolor assays and medical devices
- 💻 Working knowledge of GMP and ISO regulations
