Key Responsibilities:
- 🧪 Design and synthesize complex organic compounds, including Helicon™ peptides
- 🔬 Perform solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using automated synthesizers
- 🤝 Collaborate across teams to drive discovery and development of Helicon™ peptides
- 📊 Analyze and present data to team members and company leadership
- 🏭 Support development efforts at CDMOs through direct interactions
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 PhD in synthetic organic or medicinal chemistry
- 💼 0-2 years of post-PhD experience
- 🧠 Strong understanding of synthetic organic methodologies
- 🖥️ Advanced proficiency with modern analytical tools (HPLC, LC-MS, etc.)
- 📝 Proven track record of scientific contributions (publications, patents, presentations)
- 🗣️ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- 🧬 Experience with SPPS and peptide modifications
