Key Responsibilities:
- 🧪 Provide bioinformatics support for TBUSA’s internal R&D projects
- 💻 Develop and maintain NGS data analysis pipelines
- 📊 Analyze and visualize single cell/bulk RNA and DNA sequencing data
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
- 📚 Contribute to scientific publications and presentations
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or a relevant scientific discipline
- 💡 1-3 years of experience in NGS data analysis and pipeline development
- 🐍 Proficiency in Python programming and R statistical language
- 🖥️ Experience with Linux/Unix environments and version control systems
- 📈 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
- 🧬 Experience with single-cell RNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq analysis
- 🔬 Knowledge of molecular biology techniques and NGS library preparation
- 📝 Scientific writing and presentation skills
