About the Position: 🔍

Key Responsibilities: 📋
- 🧪 Perform NGS library preparation for liquid biopsy applications
- 🔬 Design ddPCR assays for circulating tumor DNA analysis
- 🧫 Extract and quality control ctDNA from plasma and other biofluids
- 👥 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of scientists and clinicians
Qualifications Required: 🎓
- Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cancer Biology, or related field
- Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation techniques
- Experience with ddPCR and nucleic acid extraction from a reputed setup (industry/academic)
