Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Design and develop clinical trial calendars and site budgets
- 📝 Create case report forms for clinical trial protocols
- 💻 Utilize Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- 🤝 Collaborate with team members on customer cases and protocols
- 📈 Track and complete daily/weekly work assignments using internal software
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Knowledge of clinical research methodology, industry regulations, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines
- 🧠 Strong organizational and administrative skills
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and various business software
- 🤝 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Experience (0-1 year) in:
- 🏥 Clinical trial coordination
- 📊 Clinical data management
- 💊 Pharmacovigilance
- 📁 Records management
