Key Responsibilities:
- 🧫 Develop, characterize, and optimize cell lines from fish and crustacean species
- 🔬 Perform primary cell isolation & suspension adaptation
- 📊 Plan and execute experiments to evaluate cell growth, viability, and differentiation
- 📈 Optimize protocols for cell line characterization
- 🐠 Source animals at various developmental stages for cell line isolations
Required Qualifications:
- 📚 Minimum 2 years of experience in cell line development, preferably with aquatic species
- 💉 Proficient in animal cell culture techniques, including primary cells, stem cells, and suspension culture
- 🎓 Master’s with 2+ years or Bachelor’s with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- 🇮🇳 An Indian citizen or permanent resident
