Key Responsibilities:
- 🧫 Conduct molecular biology experiments for cell line development
- 🧬 Prepare transfection-grade DNA and establish high-expressing stable cell lines
- 🔬 Perform gene copy number and sequencing analyses
- 📊 Design experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports
- 🏭 Contribute to master cell bank (MCB) establishment
- 📝 Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related science
- 💼 1-4 years of experience in cell line development or allied areas
- 🧪 Knowledge of molecular biology techniques and mammalian cell culture
- 📈 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 🤝 Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
