- ⏱️ Minimum 2 years of research experience specifically in Cancer Biology
- 🧪 Proven expertise in cell culture and molecular biology techniques
- 🔍 Strong research aptitude with a focus on cancer research
Technical Expertise Sought: 🧬
- 🧫 Mammalian cell culture (cancer cell lines & primary cells)
- 🔬 3D cell culture models & patient-derived organoid (PDO) generation
- 🧪 Molecular biology techniques – qPCR, Western Blotting, RT-PCR
- 📊 Flow Cytometry & Immunofluorescence microscopy
- 🧫 RNA/DNA extraction, cloning, and gene expression analysis
- 💊 High-throughput drug screening & cytotoxicity assays (MTT, IC50, etc.)
- ✂️ CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing & RNA interference (siRNA/shRNA)
- 🔍 Tumor microenvironment & cancer stem cell studies
- 📈 NGS library preparation & basic bioinformatics analysis
- 🐁 Animal handling experience (optional, but preferred)
