Project Focus: Mammalian cell expression, purification, and characterization of novel candidate proteins associated with human native T-cells.
Key Details:
- ⏰ Duration: 6 months (with a start date of November 01, 2024)
- 🧪 No prior work experience required, but experience in protein biochemistry is preferred
Qualifications:
- 🎓 Master’s degree in biological sciences from a UGC-approved university
- 📊 At least a B grade or above for equivalent in biology-related courses during Master’s program
- 💼 Candidates who have worked on relevant Master’s dissertation thesis for 6+ months will be shortlisted for interview
Required Skills:
- 🔬 Ability to make buffers accurately, pipette, and follow experimental protocols
- 📈 Data organization, analysis, and graphical representation
- 📝 Meticulous note and record-keeping
