Job Description: As an Officer in Microbiology, you will be responsible for microbiological activities within the plant, including testing of products, environmental monitoring of clean rooms, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards (ISO, CE, India FDA). Your role will involve sample testing, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and coordination with external laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of products and environmental monitoring.
- Handle sample preparation, testing, and data analysis.
- Maintain compliance with ISO, CE, and FDA standards.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the microbiology lab.
- Oversee the inventory of testing materials and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Perform sterility and bacterial endotoxin tests.
- Monitor GMP practices related to hygiene across the plant.
- Support the preparation of test methods, procedures, and reports.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of microbiology and microbiological testing procedures.
- Ability to apply techniques and tools to execute tasks.
- Experience in GMP monitoring and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a microbiology lab.
