- 🔬 Lead PDCA process of site quality management
- 🧪 Handle Salmonella testing and pathogen cultures
- 📊 Manage environmental monitoring programs
- 🔍 Coordinate eQCMS bi-annual review
- 📝 Handle consumer complaints end-to-end
- 🤝 Liaise with food regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications: 🎯
- 🎓 M.Sc. in Microbiology
- ⚗️ 5+ years experience in food/pharma industry
- 🔬 Expert in microbiological testing (APC, Y&M, Coliforms, etc.)
- 📜 Understanding of FSSC, FSSAI, ISO requirements
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office
- 🔄 Strong project management skills
