About the Internship:
Join Lilac Insights Private Limited as a Lab Technician Intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic field of molecular biology and bioinformatics. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge molecular biology techniques and next-generation sequencing (NGS). You will play an integral role in advancing our research efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various laboratory experiments utilizing molecular biology techniques.
- Analyze NGS data and assist in the interpretation of results, contributing to ongoing research projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Assist in the development and optimization of protocols for DNA sequencing and other molecular biology techniques.
- Perform microbiological techniques, including culturing and identifying microorganisms.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in biology, bioinformatics, and molecular biology techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, microbiological methods, and next-generation sequencing.
- Passionate about biology and bioinformatics with a keen interest in research and innovation.
- Available for full-time (in-office) internship for six months.
