Key Responsibilities:
- 🧫 Conduct product evaluations using microbiology, cell culture, and bioassays
- 👥 Engage with consumers to gather insights on product performance
- 🤝 Collaborate with formulation and brand teams to develop testing approaches
- 📊 Analyze data and communicate results to stakeholders
- 🔬 Operate and maintain advanced instruments for in vivo and in vitro evaluations
- 💡 Participate in ideation and troubleshooting activities
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 M.Sc. in Microbiology or M.Sc. Microbiology + Biotechnology
- 🧬 1-5 years experience in microbiology, cell culture, or personal care product testing
- 🧴 Knowledge of personal and home care product evaluations
- 📈 Basic understanding of statistics
- 🗣️ Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil/Telugu, and Hindi
Desired Skills:
- 🦠 Expertise in microbiology laboratory techniques
- 🧫 Biotechnology skills (cell culture, qPCR, etc.)
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and basic statistical tools
- 🤝 Strong communication and networking abilities
- 🧠 Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new methodologies
