- Masters in bioinformatics
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal

- Comfortable with Python or willing to learn
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in NGS data analysis (DNA-seq, RNA-seq, targeted sequencing)
- Support bioinformatics pipeline development for variant calling and data visualization
- Collaborate with scientists to interpret genomic data
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based systems
- Engage in problem-solving and workflow optimization
💡 Preferred Skills:
- Experience with bioinformatics libraries (e.g., Biopython)
- Familiarity with AWS, HPC, and container systems (e.g., Docker)
