Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Biotech Production Specialist, your role will involve:
- Supporting the manufacturing process according to production schedules
- Monitoring and troubleshooting equipment and processes
- Performing equipment cleaning, preparation, and validation tasks
- Executing in-process testing and quality control activities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety (GMP compliance)
- Reviewing documentation, batch records, and SOPs in line with cGMP standards
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
