🔬 Key Responsibilities
As a Scientist in our Research and Development (R&D) team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing multi-step organic syntheses under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Conducting enzymatic reactions for advanced molecular construction.
- Performing compound purification using chromatography (column, HPLC), recrystallization, etc.
- Characterizing synthesized compounds via NMR, LC-MS, IR, UV-Vis.
- Maintaining detailed lab records and experimental data.
- Contributing to scientific discussions, team meetings, and research publications.
- Adhering strictly to lab safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting in the development of technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with 3–4 years of experience
- OR a fresh Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, analytical techniques, and enzymatic methods
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and scientific rigor
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
