🔎 About the Role
As our new Laboratory Assistant, you’ll join a tight-knit team of eight, known for their dedication, curiosity, and collaborative spirit. We believe strong relationships and shared purpose lead to innovation, which is why we prioritize both professional excellence and genuine social interaction.
In this role, you’ll provide analytical support to a wide range of departments, making a real impact through your precision and commitment.
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-treat and process biological samples
- Operate liquid-handling robots and associated lab equipment
- Perform equipment cleaning and other routine lab duties
- Maintain lab order, hygiene, and process flow
You’ll be working in an agile, high-throughput environment where your contributions will truly matter.

You’re a good match if you:
- Have an HF, HTX, or STX education
- Are confident in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn new digital tools
- Can work independently, systematically, and juggle multiple experiments
- Pay attention to detail and order
- Have a strong interest in science and natural sciences
- Thrive in a team setting and contribute positively to your workplace culture
