About the Role

In this on-site role in Dassel, Germany, you will be a core part of the Membranes and Diagnostic Applications team, supporting the development of rapid diagnostic tests. Your day-to-day work will be varied, hands-on, and deeply impactful, helping researchers and scientists across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, perform, and evaluate laboratory tasks to support ongoing R&D projects
  
• Prepare chemical solutions and manage proper disposal
  
• Document experimental results and support data evaluations
  
• Organize the lab and maintain scientific equipment
  
• Collaborate closely with team members to bring breakthrough diagnostics to life
  

Who You Are

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional with a background in life sciences or chemistry and a passion for laboratory work.

Required Qualifications:

• Completed training as BTA (Biological Technical Assistant), CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant), or equivalent
  
• Highly motivated, conscientious, and able to work independently and analytically
  
• Fluent in German (written and spoken); English is a plus
  
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
  
• Experience in quality-controlled lab environments is an advantage
