As a Formulation Development Technician, you’ll play a vital role in developing and innovating cosmetic formulations that align with market trends, scientific advances, and regulatory standards.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Design experimental plans aligned with corporate strategy and project deadlines.
- Develop innovative cosmetic formulas, incorporating the latest ingredients and trends.
- Conduct formulation tests in the lab, interpret data, and troubleshoot challenges.
- Generate technical documentation as per standard operating procedures (PNTs).
- Oversee the entire formulation lifecycle, from lab bench to product launch.
- Collaborate with scale-up teams to ensure smooth industrialization and transfer.
- Partner with R&D and brand teams to create scientifically superior, consumer-ready products.
- Ensure compliance with OSH regulations and internal quality procedures.
- Report progress and results to the Formulation Development Manager.
