We are currently seeking a Workshop Specialist in Łódź to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of our cutting-edge Research and Development Center, where your technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities will help us deliver future-ready solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Workshop Specialist at BSH, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining workshop processes, helping to bring innovative projects to life. Your main tasks will include:
Conducting workshop activities in line with established schedules and priorities Designing and developing new manufacturing processes Advising on the selection of processes for parts, assemblies, and devices Defining and executing assembly processes for mechanical components Participating actively in project teams Selecting and procuring workshop tools and machinery Conducting periodic inspections and ensuring equipment maintenance
Your Ideal Profile
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and documentation Experience in operating workshop tools and machinery Hands-on workshop experience (grinding, drilling, cutting, milling, turning) Welding experience (a plus, but not required) Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a similar technical role
