🔬 Research Associate – Molecular Biology (Full-Time, On-Site)

🧪 Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in our Molecular Biology team, you will:
- Perform essential molecular biology techniques including RT-PCR, PCR, and molecular cloning.
- Conduct E. coli transformations and manage bacterial cultures.
- Execute ELISA and other immunoassays with precision and reproducibility.
- Assist in protein purification (affinity chromatography) and characterization (SDS-PAGE, Western blot).
- Maintain accurate experimental records and adhere to SOPs and lab standards.
- Support equipment care, lab maintenance, and contribute to a strong team culture.
🎓 Your Profile
Education & Background:
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- Experience with PCR, cloning, ELISA, or protein purification is highly desired.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on lab experience in molecular biology and protein science.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to lab safety and data integrity.
- Fluent in English (written protocols and team communication); other languages welcome.
- Passion for learning and adapting in a start-up biotech environment.
