About the Role: 📋 Join a thriving team of 40+ professionals working on market research, competitive analysis, and custom consulting projects for medical devices and healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities: 🔎
- 📊 Conduct primary and secondary market research for the medical device sector
- 👥 Organize international telephone interviews with healthcare stakeholders
- 📈 Support project management and ensure product launch readiness
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing
- 📑 Create templates and resources while managing project timelines
- ⚠️ Identify and address project risks, developing effective solutions
- 📝 Contribute to comprehensive market research reports and data integrity
Required Qualifications: 🎓
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, respondent recruitment, and data collection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management abilities with focus on timely delivery
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- Professional demeanor for handling high-profile clients
Preferred Skills: ✨
- Knowledge of questionnaire design and review
- Proficiency in non-English languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
- Expertise in at least one area of the medical device market
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data organization)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
