About the Role: As an FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator I, you’ll be at the forefront of getting cures to market, supporting our high-caliber clinical research teams in addressing the world’s most challenging health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Provide administrative and technical support to Project Teams
- 📁 Maintain and review trial documentation and databases (eTMF, CTMS)
- 🔍 Perform file reviews and document findings
- 🤝 Coordinate with sites, investigators, and internal teams
- 📅 Support site activation and regulatory submission activities
- 🌐 Assist with study-specific translations and quality control
- 📈 Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science (preferred)
- 💼 1-3 years of experience in CRC or CTC role
- 📚 Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial processes
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- 🗣️ Excellent business communication skills
- 🇬🇧 Good English language and grammar skills
